The Aetna Golden Medicare Plan and Aetna Golden Choice Plan, Medicare approved HMO and PPO Medicare Advantage plans, provide access to the Forever Fit^SM Program. This exciting program for our Medicare Advantage members is designed to help you feel fit and stay healthy. The Forever Fit program provides a benefit that includes a free gym membership to any Healthways network fitness center. Plus, the program offers you the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of resources that promote exercise and a healthy diet.
