Participating Fitness Centers

Some Aetna Medicare individual HMO and PPO Plans and some Aetna Medicare group plans include a fitness benefit. Members of these plans can enjoy monthly membership at a participating fitness center at no extra cost. Check your Aetna Medicare plan materials to see if the fitness benefit is covered. The Aetna fitness program includes participating gyms, exercise facilities and fitness centers across the Aetna service area that offer members use of conventional and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Services such as personal trainer or classes may also be offered at a reduced cost to Aetna Medicare Plan members.

How does the program work?

1. Locate a participating facility in the network through the search below or contact a WholeHealth Networks representative toll-free at 1-877-243-3004. Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. TTY/TDD service for the hearing-impaired is available at 711.

2. Call a participating fitness center to schedule a meeting with a representative, or simply show up at the participating fitness center with your Aetna Medicare ID card.

3. Inform the participating fitness center that you are an Aetna Medicare Plan member. Present your Aetna Medicare member benefit ID card. It's that simple!
